Hello lovely volunteers!
It's that time of the month again ...
This time, we're heading to Praslin for a beach clean up with our friends from GVI Curieuse, to join their efforts to raise funds to plant trees on Praslin!
TRASS is an NGO based on Praslin and made up of volunteers who grow, propagate and plant trees year round and GVI Curieuse has been supporting their efforts through beach clean ups to raise funds for TRASS via the GVI Trust.
Anyone can donate through their Just Giving link so if you can't make it down to the clean up (or even if you can), we'd be super grateful for any donation you can make!
For those who are keen to join, we'll be cleaning up Anse Madge (meeting point = at the junction between the main Baie St. Anne/ Cote d'Or road and Anse La Blague road) on Saturday 11th August at 1.15 pm - just after the Sea Turtle Festival, so if you're on Praslin for that, come do a little extra kindness for the turtles by helping us clear the beach of marine debris!
